If you are looking to emulate a leader who is advancing his/her business – look no further! Josephine advanced her business in February 2016 to Executive Director 3. She did not stop there. She has again advanced a status higher to Executive Director 4 in March 2016. She says it’s all because of team effort and consistently following through with Melaleuca 7 critical business activities. “Everytime I was looking to move my business forward, and help my leaders do the same, I turned to the 7 Critical Activities specifically the first 3 activities. It’s about being coachable, committed and consistent. We attended every company event to learn as much as we could, to celebrate our team’s success and hear others success stories. As a team, we are committed to enhancing 1,000 more families' lives in 2016”, she says. With great momentum and confidence, Josephine has her sights set on advancing to Executive Director 5 before next year's convention!

The announcement of the New Day Compensation Plan at the Convention in March 2016, has had many leaders lifting their heads in surprise. There were in awe with the introduction of the increased Mentoring Bonus, the new Core Mentoring Bonus and the Leadership Growth Bonus. The earning potential increased drastically. “I have earned alot more now with the introduction of the New Day Compensation Plan” Josephine says. In fact, with the New Day plan, she earned a total S$70,099.61 the past 3 months, which was a 29.7% increase over what she would have earned with the old compensation plan.

When asked what she would share with those looking to advance their businesses, she boils it down to 3 key points:

Getting Back to the Basics
At the 2015 Convention, Josephine and her team made a commitment to return the following year having grown their business and earning several of the awards given. Straight after the event, they sat down together and made a plan to focus on the Melaleuca’s Seven Critical Business Building Activities. Regardless of anyone’s status on her team, specifically focus on the first 3 activities: expand your contact list, set appointments and make Delivering Wellness presentations. The results came sooner than expected, and they soon found themselves making group presentations daily!

Coming Together
“The greatest satisfaction Melaleuca gives me is seeing how people who didn’t quite have a chance to get ahead in life rediscover themselves,” Josephine says. She continues: “Helping someone build a successful business with Melaleuca is absolutely priceless. So why not share the same opportunity with more people who are struggling to get ahead in life. I must thank my team members who work closely with me, with the same mission, commitment and hard work. We feel responsible to lead by example, to give our customers and business partners good role models to follow and they would also build their businesses the same way we do.”

Perseverance
“Do not let success get to your head, because the moment you forget where you came from, you are on your way right back to where you started. Always stay humble, and remember that everyone has an equal opportunity to change their lives with Melaleuca. Melaleuca is not about speed, it’s about persistence, it’s about perseverance!” says Josephine.

Throughout the years, it’s been interesting to witness how setting goals have contributed to the success of many business builders in Josephine’s team. Under her great leadership, you would hardly see any dropout; they have their goals written down; they make plans at the beginning of every month; and if for some reason their goals are not met, they would fine tune their plan and make a come back quickly. They apply lessons learned from many training to improve themselves and move steps closer to achieving their goals.

“Nobody is going to give me the life i wanted. Now I love my life, and people can see that i am doing well financially. I am well on the way to achieving total freedom and I am really having fun doing what i love most, which is enhancing lives by helping people reach their goals!  Let me assure you that so long as you step out and step up and stay focus on your  goal/s, Melaleuca is an awesome platform for you to change your life like no one else can!"

Josephine表示:“在马来西亚和新加坡年会上宣布的崭新奖励计划,让事业代表们非常赞叹!有了辅导分红、核心辅导分红和领导增长分红,我的收入也增加不少。”实际上,崭新奖励计划让她在过去3个月共赚取$70,099.61,与之前的奖励计划相比,增加了29.7%。许多人都对Josephine Tan的成功之道深感兴趣,而她也非常乐意与大家分享:

回归基本功
在去年的马来西亚和新加坡年会颁奖晚宴上,她与她的事业伙伴Shirley Wong发现, 她们所获得的奖项比往年少了些。当晚,她与Shirley分析了一下,发现她们所做的事情和美乐家的成功七要素脱轨了!当下,她们意识到必须赶快回到基本功!Josephine清楚知道,美乐家事业的成功,取决于不断落实美乐家的成功七要素。身为执行总监4的她,依然持之以恒地每天都做成功七要素,特别是前面的3大要素:不断增加新朋友名单、邀约和分享传递富足。令她们惊喜的是,她们的努力很快就有了成果,她们的团队因此每周都额外举办传递富足的分享会。

团队的力量

持之以恒的精神

Jika anda ingin mencari seorang pemimpin yang sedang memajukan perniagaan mereka untuk dicontohi – Berhenti mencari! Josephine memajukan perniagaan beliau dalam Februari 2016 hingga Pengarah Eksekutif 3. Beliau tidak berhenti di situ sahaja, malahan baru-baru ini beliau telah mara ke status Pengarah Eksekutif 4 pada bulan Mac 2016. Beliau memberitahu anda, ia adalah usaha sepasukan dan mengikuti semua aktiviti kritikal. “Setiap kali saya mencari jalan untuk memajukan perniagaan saya, dan membantu pemimpin saya melakukan perkara yang sama, saya menumpukan terhadap 3 perkara yang pertama. Ia mengenai bagaimana untuk dibimbing, komited dan konsisten. Kami menghadiri setiap majlis syarikat bagi mempelajari sebanyak mungkin, bagi meraikan kejayaan pasukan kami dan mendengar kisah kejayaan orang lain. Sebagai sebuah pasukan, kami komited bagi mengembangkan lebih daripada 1,000 kehidupan dalam tahun 2016”, kata beliau. Dengan momentum yang hebat dan keyakinan, Josephine menaruh sasaran untuk maju ke status Pengarah Eksekutif 5!

​“Pengumuman Pelan Pampasan Hari Baru di Konvensyen pada bulan Mac 2016, membuatkan ramai pemimpin berasa terpaku. Mereka tergamam apabila mendengar tentang pengenalan Mentoring Bonus yang dinaikkan, Core Mentoring Bonus dan Leadership Growth Bonus yang baru. Potensi pendapatan meningkat naik dengan drastik. “Saya mendapat lebih banyak pendapatan sekarang dengan pengenalan Pelan Pampasan Hari Baru” kata Josephine. Malahan, dengan pelan Hari Baru beliau menerima sejumlah S$70,099.61 selama 3 bulan yang lepas iaitu peningkatan sebanyak 29.7% yang beliau terima dengan pelan sebelumnya.

Apabila ditanya tentang apa yang beliau akan kongsikan dengan mereka yang sedang mencari jalan untuk memajukan perniagaan mereka, beliau ringkaskan kepada tiga perkara utama:

Kembali Kepada Asas
Pada Konvensyen 2015, Josephine dan pasukan beliau membuat komitmen untuk berjaya pada tahun berikutnya bagi mengembangkan lagi perniagaan mereka dan mendapat beberapa anugerah yang ditawarkan. Sejurus selepas majlis tersebut, mereka berbincang bersama-sama dan membuat satu rancangan untuk memberi tumpuan kepada Tujuh Aktiviti Kritikal Membina Perniagaan. Tanpa mengira status mereka di dalam pasukan beliau, memberi tumpuan sepenuhnya terhadap 3 aktiviti yang pertama: luaskan senarai kenalan anda, tetapkan temu janji dan membuat pembentangan Delivering Wellness. Hasilnya lebih cepat dari dijangkakan, dan mereka dapati diri mereka melakukan pembentangan kumpulan setiap hari!

Berkongsi Bersama-sama
“Kejayaan terbesar yang saya rasakan di Melaleuca ialahmelihat bagaimana mereka yang tidak berpeluang untuk maju di dalam kehidupan mereka berupaya mengenali diri mereka sendiri,” kata Josephine. Beliau menyambung semula : “Membantu seseorang membina perniagaan berjaya dengan Melaleuca sememangnya tidak ternilai. Jadi mengapa tidak berkongsi dengan lebih ramai orang yang berusaha untuk maju dalam kehidupan. Saya harus berterima kasih dengan ahli pasukan saya yang bekerja sama dengan saya, dengan misi yang sama, komitmen dan kerja keras. Kami merasa bertanggungjawab menunjukkan contoh melalui teladan, menunjukkan contoh yang baik kepada pelanggan dan pembina perniagaan untuk diikuti dan kami dapati bahawa pelanggan kami akan membina perniagaan seperti kami lakukan.”

Ketabahan
“Jangan biarkan kejayaan menguasai anda, kerana sebaik sahaja anda lupa asal-usul anda, anda akan kembali semula ke tempat di mana anda bermula. Sentiasa merendah diri, dan ingat semua orang mempunyai peluang yang sama rata untuk mengubah kehidupan mereka bersama Melaleuca. Melaleuca bukanlah tentang kepantasan, ianya mengenai ketabahan!” kata Josephine. Pada sepanjang tahun, amat menarik sekali bagi melihat bagaimana cara menetapkan matlamat telah berjaya menyumbang kepada kejayaan kepada ramai individu dalam pasukan Josephine. Di bawah kepimpinan beliau yang cemerlang, sukar buat anda melihat orang lain berputus asa; mereka menulis matlamat mereka; mereka mempunyai rancangan pada awal setiap bulan; dan sekiranya mereka tidak mencapai sasaran mereka, mereka berkumpul semula dan mencuba lagi. Mereka menggunakan apa yang mereka pelajari untuk memperbaiki dan melangkah lebih dengan dekat kepada tangga kejayaan.

“Tiada siapa boleh berikan kehidupan yang saya inginkan. Sekarang saya cintakan kehidupan saya dan mereka dapat melihatnya apabila mereka berbual dengan saya. Bebanan kewangan telah hilang, saya ke arah mencapai kesejahteraan sepenuhnya dan saya betul-betul berasa teruja. Saya jamin jika anda melakukan perkara bukan mengikut cara anda dan kekal konsisten dalam aktiviti anda, Melaleuca boleh mengubah kehidupan anda yang tidak dapat dilakukan oleh organisasi lain.” kata Pengarah Eksekutif 4 Josephine Tan.
